Description: The candidate will be part of the Resource Tasking and Marketplace (RTM) 3.x Integrated Product Team (IPT).  RTM 3.x is a multi-award, multi-milestone effort to integrate, enhance and modernize RTM mission application, content and infrastructure services into the RTM 3 Major System Acquisition (MSA).
The candidate will perform detailed systems architecture analysis, trades, and definition; requirements / interface analysis and definition as part of this multi-disciplinary IPT team; Schedule analysis and definition; Security Engineering; Readiness; Integration; Test; Transition; and cross-project integration with dependent projects.
Deliverables and artifacts produced will include: programmatic/technical analysis reports; Requirements / Architecture / Interface trade studies and recommendations; Architecture views and updates (DIV-1, -2; OV-1, -2, -3, -4, -5; CV-1, -2, -6, -7; AV-1, -2; SvcV-2, -4, -5, -6; SV-1, -5; StdV-1, -2). RTM 3: Info Spt Plan (ISP) updates, Service Oriented Capabilities (SOC) updates; Service Oriented Requirements (SOR) updates; Readiness Review Team (RRT) Assessments and recommendations; RFCs; RFC and ECP evaluations.
 
Required Qualifications:
 
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or similar technical discipline
  • 11+ years system engineering or system development experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 5+ years systems architecture experience with demonstrated DoDAF, MoDAF, FEAC experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system engineering processes
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Demonstrated IC domain knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Information Management Mission
Desired Qualifications:
 
  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or similar technical discipline
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IC system engineering processes
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Agile acquisition, SE, and development methods (User Story Generation, Sprint/Scrum Development, Development Back-log management, Test-Driven Development)
